Our Fayette County Location is Convenient Yet Secluded

Near I-75, but off the beaten path, our 20 stall barn & nearly 50 acres is a quiet refuge for horses to live & train peacefully.

Full Care Board & Training

As a private facility, we are not a "typical" boarding barn. Horses are required to be in training, or part of the breeding program in order to maintain residence at Cannonbrook Farms. Secure feed & tack rooms ensure safety of equipment & no damage to feed products.
We proudly feed Hallway products, locally grown grass mix hay, & have heated automatic waterers in paddocks & fields. Four board fencing throughout allows for peace of mind regarding your horse's safety & security.
Matted stalls & a quiet barn allow the horses the opportunity to relax & enjoy their days.

Indoor Arena

The best part about a private facility is never fighting for space in the arena. We do not host horse shows, clinics, or allow arena rental. Rarely are there more than 2 horses ridden at the same time, & lessons always take precedence over other rides. Recently renovated footing without too much depth keeps horse's legs protected from injury & allows for all-weather riding.
If the outdoors calls, there are over 600 acres for hacking, trail riding, & plans for a private cross country course.

Stallion & Breeding Services

Our stallions are treated as horse's should be; plenty of turnout, always in view of other horses, & as little true solitude as possible. If they are suitable to be ridden, they continue to be. No overweight pasture-puffs here!
Collections & shipments are completed by Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital; requests for Live Covers must be scheduled well in advance.
Broodmares are welcome to request stalls on the property for short-term or long-term boarding.
